Via our website

Your data is collected primarily for relaying of messages you send us through the contact form on this website. We collect your name, address, telephone number, your son’s name, your son’s boarding house, your message to us & your IP address.

 

Via our newsletter

We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By clicking on the newsletter subscribe form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

 

Via our online shop

Our image proofing & ordering system is managed by Everybodysmile Ltd, you can read about how your personal data is used in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

 

All online payments are collected by PayPal. We do not collect any data relating to your card details with your online payments. We do collect your name, address, telephone number, delivery address, image choices & chosen products – this aids us in fulfilling your online order.

 

How long we retain your data

We retain your data for 7 years – this allows for the 5 years your son attends Eton College + 2 years for any delayed order requirements.

 

How we protect your data

Whilst 100% protection is never guaranteed we take our website security seriously and have (amongst others) the following security measures in place:

Our website is created on WordPress and hosted on its own secure dedicated server located in England with encrypted backups in the cloud. Our website is updated by WordPress routinely & automatically with the most recent security patches and updates.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us via our contact form, or have used our proofing system or have ordered products from our online shop, or have left comments or messages, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

This new current website was launched on the 1st January 2019 - all data collected on our previous website has been permanently deleted.
